Referral

We greatly thank you for your referral! 

 

There are a couple of rules in regards to this program.

 

Rule 1- The referral must complete 1 full treatment cycle. Meaning they must do 5 or more treatments in a calendar year. 

 

Rule 2- Once your referral completes a full treatment cycle, you will receive a credit toward your next invoice. This credit can/will be applied to prepayment of yearly services as well.

 

Lastly we do not offer "cash" for referrals. Our program will ONLY include a credit.

If you are no longer a client we can not issue a refund of previous services. This credit can be applied to any future services and will be saved in our system indefinitely.
